Sima Tamaddon is a wife, a mother, and a yogi. Her goal in teaching yoga is to help others achieve balance, physically and emotionally. Her free yoga flows are all quick and practical, yet still very effective. They are an excellent way to squeeze a healthy habit into a busy day — a habit that will leave you feeling your best.

If you are someone who struggles to make yoga or mobility a habit, then Sima’s free yoga flows may be a great fit for you. Each video is ten minutes or less in length and addresses a specific goal or area of the body. So pick one that sounds interesting (or maybe sounds like a “trouble spot” for you), and hit play.
